Define Marketing management.


Marketing management is the process in such a manner where all the function of a business planning, organizing, directing and controlling which facilitated the exchange of goods and services between the produces and customers.

According to Philip Kotler, “Marketing management is the analysis, planning, implementation and control of programmes designed to bring about desired exchanges with target markets for the purpose of achieving organisational objectives.".
