Difference between Leader and Manager.

What is the difference between leader and Manager?




A leader is someone who shows direction, aligns and influences, motivates and inspires his subordinates on the other hand, a manager is someone who plans budgets, organizes and allocates resources, control and solve problems. 
The leader ans managers have some similarities but in some aspects they have differences too. The differences are given below:
